As a skilled Commercial Roofing Maintenance & Repair Foreman, you will lead and perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on various commercial roof systems. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to safety while treating customers and team members with respect. Position Duties & Responsibilities: Locate leaks and repair all types of roofing, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC, metal panels, and coatings. Maintain company vehicles, power tools, and hand tools. Keep a clean and stocked service truck/van. Lead by example, motivate the crew, and foster a positive team environment. Make sound decisions, anticipate issues, and propose solutions. Maintain professional interactions with customers and team members. Accurately complete work orders, document labor and materials, and provide photo documentation. Enforce company policies and safety protocols. Qualifications: Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, and mobile devices (smartphone or tablet). Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly. Ability to climb ladders, work from knees, twist, bend, and work at heights. Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and consistent attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Valid Driver’s License  Education & Experience: 5+ years of commercial roofing experience. Experience in commercial construction.
