Job Description The Roofing Operations / Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial roofing projects from beginning to end, starting with the submittal process all the way through completion. You will be responsible for material take offs, communicating with suppliers and subcontractors, and procuring material for the field staff to ensure that the projects are completed on schedule and to the customer's satisfaction. A detailed understanding of Duro-Last, Firestone, FiberTite, Johns Manville, Carlisle and metal roofing systems is desired. We are looking for someone that understands multiple commercial roofing applications and is familiar with multiple manufacturers. The ideal candidate will also provide assistance to the estimating, sales and field crews as it relates to bidding, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities. This person must also be able to engage and represent the company in a positive manner to outside publics. Project management, estimating, tracking budget expenses, leadership, planning and verbal communication are all key skills needed for this position. Minimum 5 years of industrial and commercial roofing experience in the field or office is required. This is a great opportunity for a Roofing pro to take their career to the next level.
