Purpose and Objectives: The Sales Representative is responsible for calling on new business with new clients in an allocated territory. The job duties include: Phone calls, emails, and business to business sales Onsite roof inspections and prepare comprehensive proposals Presentations to business owners and key decision makers Negotiate and close the construction contracts Work with internal team to successfully deliver our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Develop long-term relationships - servicing new and existing local accounts Qualifications: Associates degree or 2 years sales experience in related field Knowledge of research and data analysis methods Proficient using Microsoft Office programs Good written and verbal presentation skills Ability to carry, set-up, Climb up and down all types of portable Ladders Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members and customers A valid driver’s license Benefits: Full Time, Salaried Position plus commissions Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits Accident and Disability Insurance Life Insurance Paid Holiday and Vacation 401(K) with employer match The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
