Nations Roof is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Manager to join our team. Purpose: Manage the service department team and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and ensures repeat customers. Provide professional expertise and client-based solutions Conduct roof inspections and detect roof system problems Creation of high-quality cost estimates roof surveys preventive maintenance reports and other deliverables for clients Project Management - jobs start on time customer expectations are met or exceeded and hours and materials are properly expended Develop and use advanced planning skills for establishing maximum productivity of manpower materials and equipment etc. Prioritize and plan work activities; organize or schedule service department employees and their tasks Monitor safety and security in accordance with company and OSHA standards Manage department finances including budgets and project invoicing Understand budgeting and implications to jobs Leadership and management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite use of phones tablets and other technology tools
