Essential Position Functions: -Executing service department jobs and projects -Recording material and labor usage -Investigating and solving leak problems for customers -Documenting activities with digital photos and hard copy work orders -Developing the skills of helpers, mechanics and journeymen -Maintaining truck inventory of tools and supplies -Understanding and following customer safety and information requirements -Managing customer relations -Identifying and understanding various roof systems -Communicating customer roofing opportunities to service department -Tasks will be performed in accordance with OSHA state, local and client-specific safety requirements In addition to the essential functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all customers and co-workers, follow Company policies and procedures, maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with co-workers and customers, work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible, and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks and to help co-workers when possible.
