Requirements Must possess a desire to drive business & get things done. Must have roofing experience Must have a current Drivers License and a clean driving record Your work personality: Able to take initiative, own tasks and be flexible regarding changing priorities Able to understand workflow, identify process improvements, summarize issues, and make recommendations to management. Able to strategically think through issues and opportunities while contemplating unintended consequences Strong communication, time management and presentation skills This position is based at our Madison branch (4221 Marsh Dr. Madison) and travels to customers and our other branches. Don't worry, a company truck is provided, along with a company cell phone and laptop. We offer a salary ranging from $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.
