Minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on commercial roofing experience (boots on the ground). 2. Extensive knowledge of FM, UL and IBC codes. 3. Complete knowledge of roofing system installations. 4. Critical thinker. 5. Street smarts. 6. Ability to obtain Contractors' Licenses. 7. Ability to read and understand blueprints. 8. Ability to read contracts and bids thoroughly. 9.
